Joining a recognised innovator in colour cosmetics development and manufacturing, you will take ownership of the full supply chain function, managing the day-to-day workload and supporting cross-functional teams.
Your attention to detail and experience with critical path management means you are always on top of progress and ready to pre-empt potential delays or hitches in production and with stock management. A thorough understanding of cosmetic manufacturing and the challenges of a hazardous working environment are essential in this role.
Using your impressive organisational and communication skills, you will build strong and reliable relationships with the supplier base, skilfully handling negotiations and resolving issues to ensure customer requirements are met and the company continually exceeds its product margins.
Always keen to maximise business potential, you will identify opportunities for improvements in manufacturing practices and selected suppliers.
The ideal person for this role will be commercially focused with an eye for detail and the natural ability to motivate and mentor the team around them.
