As Fragrance Evaluator, you will lead the end-to-end creative process, collaborating with a diverse team to deliver tailored fragrance solutions that align with client objectives and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the fragrance creation cycle, managing projects from brief to adoption
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative fragrance solutions and strategic insights
– Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure regulatory compliance
– Conduct technical evaluations including stability testing, sensory analysis, and market trend identification
– Support commercial strategies by translating market trends into concrete fragrance opportunities
– Manage fragrance library maintenance, documentation, and creative process documentation
– Coordinate marketing activities, presentations, and customer interface for fragrance development
– Represent company at industry events and maintain global team communications
Candidate Requirements:
– Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related field
– Successful experience in fragrance development and evaluation
– Olfactively trained with good knowledge of laboratory procedures and health & safety considerations.
– Strong project management, communication, and organisational skills
