Ulrich Griebel General Manager of Schwan STABILO Cosmetics

The sale of substantially all assets of Specialty Packaging Holdings (SPH), together with its direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries [1] to All4 Cosmetics, a subsidiary of Schwan-STABILO Cosmetics is now completed.

“We look forward to investing significant resources into Cosmolab in order to build a financially stable company for decades to come,” said Ulrich Griebel, Managing Director of Schwan-STABILO.

SPH, a developer and manufacturer of colour cosmetics, filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the United States on January 20, 2010.
