SANA 2020 will take place at the same time as Cosmoprof Bologna

BolognaFiere is anticipating the dates of SANA, their international event dedicated to organic and natural products so as it coincides to the new dates of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, which has been postponed for September.

“Since the beginning of the Coronavirus emergency, the national and international trade fair system has had to make considerable efforts to reposition the events scheduled for these months,” explained Antonio Bruzzone, General Manager of BolognaFiere. “In this complicated phase of rescheduling there is an added awareness of the need to work with even greater energy to create favourable conditions to support businesses. And it is this consideration that has led BolognaFiere to decide to hold the 32nd edition of SANA, the international exhibition of organic and natural products (organised in collaboration with FederBio/Assobio) and Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna on the same dates. The two events will open on 3 September and SANA will conclude on 6 September and Cosmoprof on Monday 7 September.”

The new schedule will lead to a reorganization of the show floors of both events.

“We are currently working on finalising the layout for the events in order to maximise the opportunities for exhibitors and operators attending both fairs to meet and network,” Bruzzone continued. “Never before has there been a time quite like this, when a situation required such flexibility and effort; for our part we are trying to identify all potential synergies that can be activated as well as new initiatives to set up in order to ensure the growth and development of business at global level.”
