Salary: £55-65,000
Strategic leadership role driving and directing the marketing and sales functions for brands within a health and beauty portfolio, delivering brand growth across retail and online channels.
The role is fully remote, with regular trips to the company’s offices in Scotland and the South of England.
Key Responsibilities:
– Take ownership of brands within a health and beauty portfolio
– Develop marketing strategies and brand direction to drive growth
– Lead health and beauty retail and website partnerships
– Collaborate with sales teams to implement strategic initiatives
– Manage independent pharmacy and health food store channels
– Liaise with wider teams on strategy implementation and execution
Candidate Requirements:
– Strong brand strategy experience in health & beauty, including haircare or health products
– Strategic thinking combined with practical implementation skills
– Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive brand growth
