In this newly-created role you will mastermind the brand’s retail expansion, devising new and innovative ways to seamlessly blend the ecommerce experience with the retail environment.
Your impressive commercial and industry know-how will enable you to define the brand vision for retail success, set strategic direction and create a roadmap for delivery. While working location is flexible, you will be an integral part of the head office team, as you manage multiple retail concessions and drive implementation of the retail growth plan.
Working alongside the brand Founder and C-suite team, you are an accomplished communicator who adapts positively to shifting priorities when needed. You will manage and mentor the current Head of Retail and help to shape the senior retail team as it develops.
Key skills and experience requirements:
Experience with a D2C brand with multichannel presence in the premium beauty space
Working knowledge of instore tech and ways to align retail and e-commerce activities
Ability to translate brand vision into business strategy and roadmap for delivery
Leadership and change management skills
