Would you like to relocate to a warmer climate?

With your degree in Cosmetic Science or a related field discipline and extensive experience in hair care product development you will be responsible for improving and creating innovative solutions for hair care

With a fresh eye and your experience in formulating hair products, you will review the current portfolio of waxes, foams, hair sprays, shampoos, conditioners, treatments, etc., and manage new product development. Promoting a deep knowledge of formulas, you will work in collaboration with key players in new raw materials to explore ingredients and support on packaging.

You will follow up scale up & first industrialisation of new products in cooperation with the manufacturing team.

Coordinating 10 people, including R&D Managers, Formulation Scientists and a Lab Technician, you will mentor, manage and improve the knowledge and the performance of the team.

Working with a truly international team, Spanish is not mandatory, English is the business language.

This is an exciting chance to manage the development of innovative hair care solutions and soak up the beautiful Spanish sunshine.
