Premium Beauty News - What is Procos’s current position in the luxury packaging market?

Leander Kritikos - Procos is one of the leading international providers of luxury packaging, working with many of the world’s most recognized luxury brands.

What makes us particularly strong is that we make complex things look easy. Behind this simplicity is a transparent global production network combined with local service, quality management and logistics. In the background, we manage international packaging programs across different product categories and take responsibility for the entire process, from development to final delivery.

For international luxury brands, this means they can work with one partner across different products and regions – and massively reduce complexity within their own organization.

Transparency is a core value at Procos. It is expressed through visibility into the origin of materials, manufacturing processes, and the work carried out by our teams and partners.

Premium Beauty News - How has the company evolved over the past three years?

Leander Kritikos - We have become much more international and more structured. We strengthened our presence in Europe, the US and Asia, and intensified our activities in India as an additional production market.

At the same time, we have invested significantly in our teams, processes and systems to manage increasingly complex international supply chains and reporting requirements.

Premium Beauty News - What are the main challenges Procos is facing today?

Leander Kritikos - The market has become more demanding: price pressure, shorter lead times, sustainability and other reporting requirements, tariffs, increasing legal requirements and geopolitical uncertainty.

For us, the challenge is to manage all this complexity while maintaining the high quality and superior service level that luxury brands expect.

Premium Beauty News - What is the company’s medium- and long-term development strategy?

Leander Kritikos - Our strategy is to become even closer to our customers, create real added value and take complexity out of their organizations when it comes to managing their global packaging and related needs.

And importantly, we want this added value to be measurable through clear KPIs. Our customers should not only feel that working with Procos makes their lives easier – they should be able to see it in the numbers.

Premium Beauty News - What are the priority growth drivers?

Leander Kritikos - There are several. Organic growth with our existing key accounts remains very important, as does winning new international luxury brands.

Geographical expansion – particularly in the US and India – is another driver. We also see opportunities through new product categories, digitalisation and potentially acquisitions or partnerships where they strengthen our capabilities or geographical footprint.

Premium Beauty News - What are the revenue/market share targets?

Leander Kritikos - Our ambition is to grow Procos to more than EUR 100 million in annual revenue.

However, the most important for us is to increase our share of business with the leading international luxury brands and become one of their preferred global packaging partners.

We want to grow with strong customers, healthy profitability and an organization that can sustainably support a much larger business.
