To meet the needs of its clients navigating increasingly complex global supply chains, Procos is increasing its international geographic expansion.
Strengthened production in India in 2025
Already active in India, the supplier of premium packaging and accessories for high-end brands significantly reinforced its presence in the country in 2025. Procos thus increased local production as part of a strong international strategy, including a CSR-driven approach. This expansion is based on the development of additional long-term partnerships and the growth of an already well-established operational footprint.
The company manufactures a broad range of products in its Indian factories, including textiles (dust covers, garment bags, and bespoke pouches for jewelry and tableware) and paper and cardboard solutions (paper bags, collapsible boxes, rigid boxes).
“The reinforced production framework implemented by Procos strategically expands the Group’s global manufacturing capacities,” explains Leander Kritikos, CEO of Procos.
Targeted Investments in Europe and North America
Alongside its strengthened presence in India, Procos has made targeted investments across European and North American production sites. Procos has acquired new advanced machinery dedicated to the production of paper bags and folding cartons.
These investments aim to reinforce near-market production capacity, improve competitiveness in regional luxury packaging markets, and a continued best-in-class service level.
“This nearshoring approach reflects a broader industry shift toward production models that balance global scale with regional proximity, while giving customers greater agility to respond to market changes without increasing operational complexity,” highlights Leander Kritikos, CEO of Procos.
In 2026, beyond industrial investments, Procos continue to drive innovation by expanding its service offering and investing in technology and digital solutions.
