For Valentine’s Day, Diptyque entrusted PRAD, its long-standing supplier, with the decoration of its iconic ‘Roses’ candle.
This limited edition features a motif created by artist Constantin Riant, “a poetic and modern vision of romanticism in his signature colour palette.”
PRAD’s design office meticulously adapted this delicate two-tone design “in deep blue enhanced with a red band, playing with the language of love” to follow the contours of the candle holder.
A French specialist in custom finishing, PRAD offers decoration solutions using liquid metallization, lacquering, laser finishing, screen printing, pad printing and hot stamping. “Used individually or in combination, these technologies enable a wide range of renderings, nuances, colour and/or material effects, and extreme line precision,” claims the company.
