We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to work with a rapidly growing beauty start-up.
This is a real hands-on role, where you will support all aspects of this dynamic and unique company. Your priority will be to support the Director and to organize incoming communications and paperwork.
This role is ideal for a bright, confident, and above all else organised individual. Someone with experience of working in fast-paced, demanding environments, who can thrive under pressure. A “type A” personality, you will have a methodical, problem-solving mindset that will allow you to juggle the highly varied tasks that will come your way.
This role will allow you to take ownership of diaries and office management. From scheduling meetings both in the UK and internationally; to arranging international business trips, keeping track of expenses, minute-taking and managing the office filing system and supplies, you will be the first port of call and the shoulder to lean on that will ensure this business continues its incredible growth.
You will be a true beauty fanatic, with strong awareness of the market and rising trends. This role requires you to be in close contact with the top Beauty influencers who partner with the brand, so you must be able to tell your James Charles’ from your Abby Roberts’. Working in proximity to high profile individuals will require you to exercise discretion and professionalism in your work, particularly in fast-paced environments such as photoshoots.
While this can be a demanding role it is extremely rewarding as you will get first-hand experience of the beauty industry. This role will take your already stellar communication skills to the next level. You will screen incoming emails, phone calls and other correspondence, directing them to the right person, replying where necessary and flagging important matters. A strong, confident personality will help you to thrive and succeed.
You must possess a UK driving license and have the nerve to drive in London as you deliver samples from supplier to influencer!
