Two events under the same roof
For the first time, these two events were held at the same time and under the same roof, the Espace Champerret, Porte de Champerret, Paris. Apparently, combining the two events was successful, at least if we refer to what exhibitors said to Premium Beauty News. The two events hosted over 2400 attendees from more than 40 countries, announced the organizers.
In total, some one hundred suppliers of packaging, dispensing systems, services and technologies for the packaging of perfumes and cosmetics presented their products.
Taking advantage of the emphasis put on electronic cosmetic devices during the Innovation Workshop e@PCD, Jackel-LF Beauty presented its latest developments in this field, including: an ultrasonic spatula for an easier application of face cleansers and skin care, and a massage device for the face.

Clearly, despite economic pressures, operators continue to deserve great attention to environmental issues, whether in their operations or in the design of their products, with increasing efforts to combine luxury and sustainable development.
A trend epitomized by the presentation of Or Infini, an “exquisite body veil” eco-designed by the eight partners of Mouvement Infini - Mane, M-real, Rexam, SGD, Strand Cosmetics Europe, Sylvie de France Designer, VPI et Wauters.
A theme that was also at the heart of the keynote presentation by Michel Fontaine, President of the French National Council of Packaging, at the beginning of the PCD Awards ceremony, which have honoured the best packaging innovations showcased during the exhibition.
