The Innessens Group, which recently won the Cadrat d’Or 2025, the oldest French printing competition, notably for its work on the label for Creed’s Royal Mayfair fragrance (printed by Haas Labels), will celebrate its 30th anniversary this year.

The company specializes in printing and in labels and packaging solutions for the wine and spirits and food and beverage sectors, and more recently for perfume, cosmetics, and healthcare. This year, it celebrates the founding of the ASET printing company in 1996, which, through successive acquisitions and new ventures, evolved into today’s group.

Today, the Inessens Group comprises nine printing companies (ASET, Bidoit, Digit Labels, Haas Étiquettes, Inessens Provence, Roubey, Roy, TLS, and Le Sanglier Packaging), eight shareholders, 260 employees, and complementary expertise.

"These 30 years are above all a human adventure, driven by the passion of our teams, the trust of our clients, and the loyalty of our partners," says Eric Groshens, Inessens Founding President. "This anniversary is an opportunity to look back on the journey so far, but also to reaffirm our ambition for the years to come."

To mark this anniversary, Inessens will be undertaking several major projects throughout 2026, most notably the integration of unique expertise in premium packaging through the acquisition, announced in January, of Le Sanglier Packaging, a manufacturer of folding cartons for champagne, wine, cognac, whisky, and rum brands. Another highlight of the year will be an anniversary celebration in Carcassonne in May, bringing together clients, partners, and employees.

"This celebration marks a symbolic milestone for the company, which intends to continue its development by leveraging innovation, sustainability, and the complementary nature of its expertise," Innessens emphasized in a press release.
