The French natural cosmetics group has appointed Christine Delfaut-Sara as CEO, succeeding Muriel Koch from October 1, 2026.

Her mandate will be to pursue the brand’s international expansion and transformation, building on the momentum established during Muriel Koch’s eight-year tenure.

A graduate of France’s Kedge Business School and Germany’s University of Münster, Christine Delfaut-Sara brings more than 30 years of experience in the international development of leading cosmetics brands. After spending 17 years with the Beiersdorf Group in Germany and later serving as CMO at Yves Rocher, she joined Nuxe in 2019 as Deputy CEO, where she has led the brand’s strategic development.

“Since joining Nuxe seven years ago as Deputy CEO in charge of the brand, she has played a key role in strengthening Nuxe’s presence in France and internationally. Her strategic vision and ability to drive transformation will be invaluable assets as we accelerate our development,” said Aliza Jabès, Founder and President of the Nuxe Group.

Present in more than 30,000 points of sale across 60 countries, Nuxe relies on an R&D laboratory recognized for combining natural ingredients, efficacy and sensoriality. With more than 800 employees worldwide, the brand’s ambition is to strengthen its position as a global player in natural beauty products distributed through pharmacies.
