Marionnaud, one of the leading retailers of selective perfumery and cosmetic products in France, recently unveiled an all-new senior management team. Alongside William G Koeberlé, Eileen Yeo co-CEO France is now responsible for network development and operations. Furthermore, a Sales Division and a Marketing Division have been created. A new Chief Financial Officer, Sylvain Belorgey, has also been appointed.

Eileen Yeo

Eileen Yeo, 39, was formerly the Executive Director of Goldman Sachs Asia before she left Hong Kong to join Marionnaud France at the beginning of the year. As , co-CEO Network Development and Operations, her role will be pilot the ambitious programme to redevelop the retailer’s network, as illustrated by the implementation of the 3P concept.

William G. Koeberlé is responsible for all the retailer’s other activities in France.

Sandrine Williamson and Juliette Delcourt are joining the retailer as Sales Director and Marketing Director respectively.

With responsibility for supplier relations (procurement, assortments, pricing, merchandising and business planning), Sandrine Williamson, 47, is filling the position of Commercial Director. She held various roles at the Galeries Lafayette Group, and most recently Deputy Procurement Director for Accessories & Leather Goods. She had previously worked as Procurement Director Beauty.

The Marketing Division is headed by Juliette Delcourt, 44, whose responsibilities will include brand marketing, CRM and the Internet. A graduate of ESCP Paris Business School and former Director of Development and Digital Content with La Française des Jeux, Juliette worked for Bouygues Telecom for nine years. Fabrice Obenans, Marionnaud Brand Director, will report to her.

Sylvain Belorgey has been named CFO for Marionnaud France. Sylvain, 38, graduated, EM Lyon, joined Marionnaud after spending several years with the Darty Group, where he held various positions in both operations and finance and most recently Group Management Control Director. In particular, he was responsible for analyzing and presenting the accounts and for managing forecasting. Sylvain also worked for Ernst & Young for eight years.

Therefore, the eight members of the new senior management team are William G. Koeberlé and Eileen Yeo, co-CEOs of Marionnaud France, Gildas Delon, Human Resources Director, Pascal Cabezas, Supply Chain and IT Director, Sylvain Berlorgey, Administrative and Finance Director, Sandrine Williamson, Commercial Director, Juliette Delcourt, Marketing Director and Alain Parent, Director of Refits.
