The colour cosmetics division of the Fareva Group has announced two new top managers with the aim to better attend the needs of customers:
– Cecilia Schena, 46, has been appointed Vice President Marketing. With more than 20 years of experience in the beauty industry at marketing and communication executive positions, Mrs Schena worked for leading Italian beauty companies such as the Deborah Group, where she was Deborah Marketing Director, Bottega Verde as Communication Director and Beauty Industry Director at Tenacta Group spa. Cecilia Schena will be in charge of new developments and innovation.
– Elena Secchi, 47, has been appointed Vice President Sales. With more than 25 years of international experience in the sale of high added value raw materials (specialities) for cosmetic applications, she will manage Chromavis international expansion, coordinating the team of global sales. Mrs Secchi worked as Product and Sales manager with Prodotti Gianni Srl and; most recently, as Business Unit Manager and International Product Manager with IMCD.
“Since he joined the company in 2017, Fabrizio Buscaini, CEO of Chromavis, has been a strong believer in the importance of creating a team of top managers aimed at redefining the skills of the company, projected towards the future and product innovation,” said the company in a statement.
