New aesthetics

MWV’s market-leading pumps, Aria and Prelude, are now reinforced with new aesthetics and design options. In addition, snap-on and screw-top versions are available with two new overshells (Convex and Silhouette) and two new overcaps (Convex and Cubic), which can be combined to deliver a specific look and feel to the pump. Further decorative customization is available with a variety of applications such as hot-stamping, lacquering and metallization.

The Aria and Prelude products are capable of supporting a variety of formulations, including complex foundations, due to the advanced technology of the engine and inclusion of a PBT accumulator.

All these combinations are available for the atmospheric version and for the airless range.

Sublimation techniques

MWV also showcased the latest developments of its fragrance pump solutions, still emphasizing the company’s commitment to customization and flexibility.

Leveraging the success of Melodie Clikit IP, MWV Beauty & Personal Care now enables brands to personalize the pump itself through advanced sublimation techniques, allowing the pump to play a vital role in the look and feel of luxury perfume packaging. Customers now have access to a variety of designs, decorative finishes and an unlimited colour range which can transform the fragrance pump into an integrated component of the final pack by matching its colour scheme and pattern to the brand’s image.

MWV has also announced the introduction of a threaded ferrule option for Melodie. This development allows the consumer to easily separate the pump from the glass bottle.

In addition, to facilitate the use of spray caps in fragrance packs, MWV Beauty & Personal Care also debuted its new telescopic insert at Luxe Pack Monaco. “A unique and flexible solution which can allow for an affordable and fast way of customizing the length of the extension required within the spray cap, helping customers reduce capital investments and increase speed to market for new projects,” the company says.
