Mixer & Pack, developer of perfumery and cosmetics for third parties, in line with its internationalization strategy has appointed Juan Mediavilla as General Manager to lead the growth plan, as well as a comprehensive plan for industrial process optimization.
Mr Mediavilla will be in charge of directing and strengthening the strategy of internationalization and growth of the contract manufacturer, contract filler and developer of perfumery for third parties, as well as defining a process optimization plan.
"Juan absolutely meets, both personally and professionally, the profile of the leader who can, while maintaining the quality standards so representative of Mixer, optimize the processes to further improve our service with our clients and lead the company internationally, transferring the value of the Spain Brand and the added value ‘Made in Mixer’ beyond the current borders," commented the Board of Directors of the Spanish company.
Juan Mediavilla has a law degree and a Master in Business Administration by the IE Business School. He has more than 20 years of international experience as a senior executive; starting in the retail sector and finally specializing in the perfumery and cosmetics sector, exactly in the world of essences as Mexico & Central America & Caribbean General Manager of the subsidiary of the Spanish company Eurofragrance in Mexico DF.
