As more and more retail stores worldwide move towards closing for the foreseeable future, cult Australian beauty retailer MECCA, which counts 90 stores, is trying its best to adapt to the current COVID-19 world order - with a brand-new online hub.
“Introducing MECCA LIVE : our 24-hour beauty update of what we love and what we’re obsessed with” MECCA recently posted on Instagram. “From daily updates on new beauty products, what’s trending now, live Q&As, lifestyle and more, take a beauty breather with us and come online to say hi.”

Until recently MECCA Australia stores were still open with the company implementing additional precautionary hygiene and safety measures, including the suspension of its popular in-store services. However, following recent revised advice of the Government the retailer had to close its Aussie stores too. MECCA New Zealand has also closed its stores amidst New Zealand’s current nationwide lockdown.
