This innovative and rapidly expanding skincare brand is looking for a talented leader with proven track record of building a global business in the Health & Beauty or FMCG industry, growing companies from just a few million turnover to tens of millions.
You can bring 6+ years working with Global Beauty Retail, and Luxury Department Stores to the company. You must have an entrepreneurial spirit, be able to inspire and motivate your team, lead by example and have a calm influence in the boardroom.
You will work closely with the company Founder to develop the brand strategy and expansion plans, leading the team and overseeing delivery of plans and targets. Heading up the senior management team, you will take full P&L responsibility, with a focus on new business and market growth, maximising operational performance and enhancing business delivery and service.
You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and budgeting, including financial analysis of performance and preparation of actions to address identified issues. Develop and motivate the team to achieve top and bottom line growth, always with an eye for new opportunities.
One of the key skills needed for success is the ability to translate the Founder’s vision into practical success. You will need integrity, fairness and the desire to champion company ethics as well as the ability to think and deliver strategically, mixed with plenty of intellect and wit.
Ideally you will have built your career around the commercial skills within a business and have experience of sales and marketing functions as well as strong financial acumen.
