The third edition of MakeUp in Seoul, the B2B trade show dedicated to the suppliers of makeup brands in Korea, will take place on 6 and 7 April 2016 at the Conrad Hotel in Seoul. The event will gather 20% more exhibitors than last year, according to the organisers.
“Korea is currently the fourth largest Asian market in terms of cosmetics. The country is also the world’s largest per capita skincare consumer while local brands recorded in recent months a sharp rise of their export sales,” explains Beauteam, the agency behind the MakeUp in events.
Last year, 27% of the 2300 visitors had come from outside Korea, mainly from Japan and China. Actually, by plane, Seoul is only two hours from Shanghai, Tokyo, Taiwan and three hours from Hong Kong.
