Despite an international context marked by economic and geopolitical uncertainties, PM Studio, a French supplier of packaging, gifts, and accessories for the cosmetics, perfume, jewelry, and luxury goods industries, is demonstrating a resolutely forward-looking dynamic. Still a newcomer to the market, the company is forecasting growth of +8.5% by 2025, "with strong growth potential among many clients," emphasizes Patricia Stranik, CEO and co-founder.
Development and structuring
Backed by investment fund Andera Partners, the group is prioritizing international expansion, strengthened client support, and environmental leadership to build on its momentum.
The launch of a sales office in Dubai, headed by Caroline Coune, represents a pivotal step in reaching clients across the Middle East and Africa.
"Our ambition is to support our global clients in this market but also to serve local clients with the same high standards and level of expertise as in Europe or Asia. This regional hub, closer to their needs, will enable PM Studio to better understand their specific requirements and respond with greater agility," explains Patricia Stranik.
Already established in the United Kingdom, Germany, and Shanghai, the company is also preparing to enter the United States by 2026. Several options are under consideration, including the possibility of an external growth transaction.
At the same time, PM Studio is continuing to structure its teams, with the arrival of an M&A Manager and a new Head of Global Operations. "Our goal is to grow under favorable conditions, while maintaining the level of quality expected by clients," explains the CEO.
Along the same lines, the company intends to bring together all of its teams in new offices on Avenue d’Iéna in Paris, from September 2026.
Environmental excellence
With an EcoVadis Platinum score of 98/100, which places it at the top of its sector in Europe, and its B Corp certification, PM Studio asserts its commitment to sustainable development issues as a non-negotiable element. "This also corresponds to the expectations of our main clients. Among the major luxury groups, like many pioneering players, there is no desire to turn back the clock, or even slow down on this issue. On the contrary, the challenge for us is to always go further by anticipating their expectations."
Amid a shifting geopolitical landscape, PM Studio is broadening its manufacturing partnerships to provide diversified sourcing solutions. In addition to China, Cambodia and Vietnam have emerged as key partners. To boost agility and responsiveness — particularly for small series and high-end products — European sourcing is also gaining traction. The group is even considering the acquisition of a regional production facility to further strengthen this strategy.
“Our goal remains to reinforce our role as a trusted partner for the most demanding brands, while delivering ever-greater responsiveness to support their growth. International expansion enables us to meet their expectations more effectively, while opening new avenues for our own development,” concludes the co-founder of PM Studio.
