2025 ushers in a new era for the annual trade show dedicated to creative and luxury packaging. With the expansion of the Grimaldi Forum — its home since 2000 — organizers now have the opportunity to deliver a completely reimagined experience, featuring optimized spaces and a series of new additions.

Several outdoor and annex areas are now integrated within the venue, creating a smoother and more immersive visitor experience. This optimization notably introduces two major new features: The Portal and The Col’Lab}}.

Packaging innovation comes under the spotlight

The Portal, a new space entirely dedicated to packaging innovation, will highlight concrete, disruptive, and responsible solutions to invent the packaging of tomorrow.

This immersive space will be structured around four main areas of exploration: Eco-Innovation (biomaterials, sustainability, recycling, circular economy); Smart Packaging (connectivity, traceability, blockchain, IoT, cybersecurity); Artificial Intelligence (generative AI, data intelligence); Design & Experience optimisation (UX/UI, augmented reality, 3D visualization, 3D printing).

Ongoing pitch sessions and a startup corner will enrich the experience, featuring committed exhibitors with a forward-looking approach.

Catalyzing collective intelligence

Designed as a crossroads for exchange and co-construction, The Col’Lab embodies another dimension of change: collaboration. It brings together, for the first time, consortiums, collectives, and associations committed to the sustainable transformation of packaging and luxury, including Spice, RESET, EcoBeautyScore, Circul’R, B Beauty, and the Green Impact Index.

Luxe Formulation and Luxe Home brought together in a single hall

Another major change: the unification of the Luxe Formulation (formulation and full-service) and Luxe Home (scented accessories) sectors in the same hall.

According to the organizers, this regrouping reflects the convergence of sensory worlds – cosmetics and home fragrances – and responds to growing consumer demand for comprehensive, multisensory experiences.

Conference program

The announced conference program explores the structural transformations of the industry: AI, simulation, digital twins, augmented supply chain, eco-design, redefining the emotional value of luxury.

The line-up of speakers includes representatives from: LVMH Recherche, Chanel, Christian Dior Parfums, La Prairie, Pernod Ricard, Moët Hennessy, La Rosée, L’Occitane, Groupe Yves Rocher, and many more.

Bringing together 450 exhibitors from 30 countries, including 70 first-time participants, Luxe Pack Monaco 2025 intends to strengthen its role as the international meeting point for luxury packaging.
