With 450 exhibitors this year and 8651 visitors - up 2% on last year - the 2015 edition of the Luxe Pack Monaco (21-23 October 2015) tradeshow was the biggest to date.
“These statistics set a new record, and testify to the growing interest that the show is generating among professionals directly involved in packaging creation and development: 20% more Marketing & Communication Managers, 22% more Designers, 5% more Packaging Development Managers,” explain the organizers.
This year the show became even more international, with an increase in foreign visitors, in particular from the Americas (up 50% from Latin America, up 25% from USA-Canada).
Environmental issues were also under the spotlights of the show. This year, two prizes were awarded at the show, in the presence of the members of the Luxe Pack in green Jury and the Monaco Minister of State, His Excellency Michel Roger:
Prize for the best green packaging solution awarded to SGD for its Neo Infini glass, a premium transparent and brilliant glass, composed 90% of recycled materials.
Prize for the best corporate social responsibility approach awarded to Aptar Beauty + Home.
Next year, the event will take place on 21, 22 and 23 September 2016 in the Grimaldi Forum - Monaco.
