Following a record-breaking 2024, the UK trade show returns to ExCeL London on 15–16 October 2025. This year’s edition will feature more than 190 packaging suppliers and over 70 expert speakers, with organizers expecting to welcome more than 5,000 visitors.
From FMCG giants to luxury, beauty, and drinks icons, London Packaging Week usually attracts representatives and decision-makers behind brands such as Aldi, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, M&S, Iceland, Innocent, Costa Coffee, Hotel Chocolat, Pilgrims Europe, Mars, Kraft Heinz, and Weetabix will share the floor with Unilever, Reckitt, Britvic, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, William Grant & Sons, Amazon, Universal Music Group, Disney and BrewDog.
Beauty and personal care brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, Beauty Pie, Trinny London, Boots No7 Beauty Company, The Body Shop, Elemis, and Lush are also expected to converge alongside luxury names including Harrods, Burberry, Jo Malone, Swarovski, Molton Brown, Oliver Bonas, and John Lewis.
“Suppliers return to London Packaging Week year after year because it offers direct access to the people driving packaging decisions. This is where meaningful conversations happen, partnerships are forged, and the next generation of packaging projects begins,” said Rika Kelso, Senior Marketing Executive at Easyfairs UK, the company behind the show.
The 2025 programme spans four focused zones:
– Packaging Première returns as the destination for high-end packaging in fashion, fine food, and luxury goods, with a strong focus on elegant, sustainable design.
– PCD champions perfume, cosmetics, and design innovation, bringing together creative and sustainability leaders.
– PLD showcases premium and luxury drinks packaging, fostering collaboration that elevates brand identity and consumer engagement.
– Food & Consumer Pack reflects the rapidly evolving demands of FMCG and retail, presenting cutting-edge innovations in smart, functional, and sustainable packaging.
Over 70 speakers, including leaders from Bentley Motors, Nestlé, Fortnum & Mason, Microsoft, Pladis, and Watches of Switzerland, will explore fibre innovation, circular design, AI-driven human-centred solutions, inclusive design, and evolving policy frameworks, providing insight that drives action, not just conversation.
Educational sessions, clinics, and advisory opportunities run throughout the event, with guidance on regulation, EPR, and material sourcing supported by DEFRA – Pack UK, the WSTA (Wine and Spirit Trade Association), British Beauty Council, and other industry partners. Attendees can explore award-winning packs at the Innovation Awards, see the Best of British Design Gallery curated with Pentawards, and step into the Museum of Brands archive to connect packaging’s past, present, and future.
“We’re seeing the excitement building across the industry,” added Kelso, “and our team has worked tirelessly to deliver an event that inspires, connects, and equips designers, brands, and suppliers across every facet of packaging innovation.”
