With Les Mini’s, Livcer aims to meet a rising market demand. “There is a real craze for travel-size cosmetics. We are very often contacted for this type of products,” explains Marion Patoret, Communications Manager.
A flexible, versatile technology
To support this new custom filling service, which will be available in the second semester 2026, Livcer has invested in a versatile filling machine designed to offer a high level of industrial agility.
This new tool will be installed in the company’s production site in Paris’s south-eastern suburbs. It builds onLivcer’s expertise in filling small-size packaging with all sorts of formulations and viscosity grades: lipgloss, mascara, foundation, cream, lotion, capsule, oil, etc.
The system’s main strength lies in its ability to switch production quickly for a seamless transition between small and large runs, from 5,000 units up to several million. “Industrial flexibility is at the core of our DNA. It is a key advantage when it comes to adapting to very different volumes and satisfying diverse needs,” adds Patoret.
As a complement to recyclable or recycled (50 to 80% of PCR recycled material) thermoformed packaging Livcer historically offers, Les Mini’s will help fill all types of packaging, in particular glass, aluminium, and other types of plastic resins. This way, the company broadens its catalogue of solutions adapted to an increasingly careful market regarding the environmental impact of packaging, while maintaining its CSR single dose offering.
A key player in the small size segment
With Les Mini’s activity, Livcer aims to become a leading player in the miniature cosmetics market, in addition to offering longstanding expertise in single doses. The company achieves about 15 million euros in revenue, mainly with single doses, and it sees Les Mini’s as a major growth lever.
As an introduction to the operational launch, Livcer will showcase its new activity at the MakeUp in Paris 2026 show to be held at Carrousel du Louvre on June 17-18th.
“The rising demand for travel sizes and miniatures corresponds to a real change in consumers’ needs. Small sizes are much popular, because they are both convenient and more accessible. They complete the offering of free samples and make it possible to test products over a longer period of time, but also to maintain a complete beauty routine on the go, without the bulk,” highlights Livcer’s CEO Aude de Livonnière.
With Les Mini’s, Livcer has reached a new strategic milestone and is now positioned as a benchmark industrial specialist able to support the boom of miniature sizes.
