As an animation and promotional tool in points of sale or for launching new products, or even a training tool, “Le P’tit Sniff” offers a new olfactory experience and is positioned as an alternative to traditional testers and blotters. “It has many advantages,” explains Valérie Pasmanian, co-founder of the product, with Michel Pozzo, the inventor of the OlfaCom technology. “It is clean and does not saturate the atmosphere, so that it considerably improves the quality of the ambient air in perfume stores. It is very easy to use, and it only takes a few seconds to replace a perfume cartridge, which makes it possible to test plenty of products. Its design and decoration can be personalized, so they can be adapted to any brand’s codes.

The removable cartridges inserted in “Le P’tit Sniff” are developed based on perfume concentrates, so the result is just exemplary. The OlfaCom technology of ventilation on dry material diffuses perfume by only pressing the device’s activating button with the finger.

It is a playful instrument that is interesting for training activities or launching operations,” adds Valérie Pasmanian. The diffuser was actually used by the Van Gogh & Sesame candle brand at the first edition of the Alternative Fragrance show, last June in Paris. “At a show where we cannot light candles, ’Le P’tit Sniff’ was an opportunity for the brand to offer visitors a very rich olfactory experience.

According to its creators, “Le P’tit Sniff” meets many different practical needs, and a lot of application solutions were examined, mainly in the professional field. The first industrial pre-series will be showcased at the Made in France show on November 18-20, 2016, in Paris. “Its design was reviewed and its shape is more regular, so it is even easier to personalize. Other improvements were made: for example, the batteries were replaced by a rechargeable battery with a mere USB socket, which enhances its portability and ease of use,Valérie Pasmanian concludes.
