Laurent Marteau has joined luxury Swiss beauty brand La Prairie as Head Travel Retail worldwide. In this newly created position, Mr. Marteau will oversee La Prairie’s Travel Retail Worldwide business and take responsibility for the development of the Travel Retail strategy and new business opportunities as well as the growth and development of the brand in the global Travel Retail markets.
Mr. Marteau has over 14 years of global experience in the luxury Travel Retail business, holding various senior management positions with Parfums Christian Dior in the Americas and EMEA regions. Prior to joining La Prairie, he was Travel Retail International Director at LVMH Fragrance Brands.
La Prairie’s current Travel Retails structure remains intact, with the General Managers continuing to report to the regional Vice Presidents, with a functional line to Mr. Marteau, who will report directly to Patrick Rasquinet, President and CEO of the La Prairie Group.
