The French luxury hair brush brand has opened its first retail location in the U.S. at Bloomingdale’s in New York City.

Founded in Paris, France, by beauty entrepreneurs Flore des Robert and Pauline Laurent, La Bonne Brosse focuses on combining traditional French craftsmanship with sustainable materials. The high end brand has reimagined hair brushing as an essential beauty and self-care ritual.

The New York opening is an important step for the company, commented co-founders Flore des Robert and Pauline Laurent.

"We’re honored to partner with Bloomingdale’s and Beautyspace to share our vision of French craftsmanship and mindful beauty, transforming the simple act of brushing into a true ritual of self-care," they said.

The new New York store offers a curated, service-driven experience where clients can receive personalized advice to discover the perfect brush for their hair and scalp type. The full La Bonne Brosse collection will be available both in-store and online.

Alongside this milestone, La Bonne Brosse has partnered with Bloomingdale’s and BeautySpace to expand its presence through selective retail across the U.S.

"We are delighted to introduce La Bonne Brosse into our retail portfolio at Bloomingdale’s in a way that feels both intentional and elevated," said Noah Rosenblatt, President of Beautyspace. "The harmony of haircare tools and fashion reflects a modern expression of beauty — sophisticated, aspirational, and deeply personal. At Beautyspace, our teams take pride in curating the industry’s most distinguished hero brands and nurturing the icons of the future."
