Amélie Fortier-Cyr has been appointed as Chief Digital & Marketing Officer (CDMO) of L’Oréal Canada. She succeeds Marc Dicko, who has taken on new responsibilities within the L’Oréal Group as Chief Digital Marketing Officer for the SAPMENA Zone.

With nearly 20 years of experience at L’Oréal, Amélie Fortier-Cyr, graduate of HEC Montréal and the Université de Sherbrooke, has built an exemplary career spanning Canada, the United States, France, and the United Kingdom. Her journey within the group began in 2007 in Paris at Vichy Laboratories, before holding key management roles in New York, Paris, and London.

Returning to Canada in 2013 as Vichy Brand Director, she then led all pillars of L’Oréal Paris from 2014 to 2018, actively contributing to the brand’s growth. In late 2018, she took the helm of Lancôme Canada.

For the past three years, she held the position of General Manager of L’Oréal Paris UK & Ireland.

Amélie Fortier-Cyr officially assumed her role as Chief Digital & Marketing Officer on September 1, 2026, reporting directly to Stéphane Bérubé, President and CEO of L’Oréal Canada, and working in collaboration with Han Wen, Chief Digital Marketing Officer for the North America Zone.
