The young perfume house L’Entropiste unveils Festin, a new fragrance created by Bertrand Duchaufour. Built around notes of blackberry, caviar, truffle, shagreen leather, and oud, the composition continues the house’s exploration of opulent, uncompromising perfumery, where order emerges from chaos.

Inspired by a decadent banquet in Nero’s palace as Rome burned, Festin plays on the contrasts between sensuality, and smoke.

The fragrance opens with blackberry, violet leaf, and a truffle accord. Caviar adds a salty dimension to this interplay of fruity and earthy notes. At the heart, shagreen leather lends a tactile quality alongside a marine facet. In the base, oud mingles with an ambergris accord, leaving a pronounced trail.

With a 25% concentration, Festin embraces a deliberately extravagant olfactory style, reflecting its inspiration in imperial excess and decadent feasting.

The fragrance is available in two sizes: 50 ml at a recommended retail price of EUR 248 and 100 ml at EUR 338.
