The “Scandal” star has joined forces with the beauty brand to create an “Essential Eye Palette” and an “Essential Cheek Palette” for a polished on-the-go look. The palettes, which are now available at ulta.com, are set to launch in-store at Ulta locations on April 22.
As the actress’s recent Instagram tease reveals, the six-shade eye palette focuses on neutral, classy tones ideal for creating a pulled-together look, with the shadows promising buildable, blendable coverage and 12-hour staying power. The cheek palette features a highlighter, bronzer and blush designed to blend easily to enhance the complexion.
Washington and Neutrogena have a long-standing professional relationship — the Hollywood star was unveiled as the brand’s ambassador back in 2013. She has also had an active role in the company’s creative processes, helping it to expand the shade range of its “Healthy Skin Liquid” foundation range back in 2016.
Washington is one of a growing group of female stars turning their hand to makeup design - with fellow converts including Rihanna, Gigi Hadid and Kim Kardashian.
