As Junior Account Manager for a global fragrance house, you will manage a range of B2B accounts, from brands to manufacturers. Joining a business where trust and reputation are key, you will build collaborative, productive relationships with new clients, providing gold-standard levels of service and support.
The ideal candidate will have customer service skills acquired from customer-facing roles in both a retail and a B2B environment.
Based remotely, you will travel to meet customers and to the company office in East Sussex.
Manage existing B2B accounts and nurture new customer relationships
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to help guide product development
Work closely with internal teams to fulfil customer projects
Contribute to achieving sales budgets and margin targets
Self-motivated, able to use own initiative and also work in a team
Excellent organisational and negotiation skills
Full, clean UK driving license
