Do you have a strong sales background in skincare, haircare or beauty products?
You are a driven Junior Account Manager or Executive with experience managing bricks-and-mortar accounts such as Space NK, Selfridges and M&S to name a few.
With a highly strategic approach, you will be responsible for planning and executing key initiatives to ensure brand visibility across retail partners whilst also achieving sales goals.
You excel at building relationships and working with cross-functional teams. You are confident presenting to and influencing stakeholders both internally and externally.
You will implement strategies and identify business development opportunities, supported by clear plans, working closely with Trade, Commercial and Design Departments to ensure organisational alignment.
Your excellent commercial awareness enables you to successfully manage and analyse sales activities, performance and trends. You are first class in strategy, forecasting, monitoring stock commitment, pricing and margins, with P&L accountability.
You will work closely with your accounts to develop and execute joint business plans and build brand awareness through marketing and promotional activity, always looking to improve the customer journey in-store.
Supporting cross-channel efforts, providing relevant collateral and organising assets for each partner.
It’s essential for this role to have beauty, hair, skincare or cosmetic industry experience.
