Are you a people-person with a passion for fragrance?
As Junior Account Manager for a global fragrance house, you will manage a range of B2B accounts, from brands to manufacturers. Joining a business where trust and reputation are key, you will build collaborative, productive relationships with new clients, providing gold-standard levels of service and support.
The ideal candidate will have customer service skills acquired from customer-facing roles in both a retail and a B2B environment.
Based remotely, you will travel to meet customers and to the company office in East Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage existing B2B accounts and nurture new customer relationships
– Monitor market trends and competitive activity to help guide product development
– Work closely with internal teams to fulfil customer projects
– Contribute to achieving sales budgets and margin targets
Candidate Requirements:
– Self-motivated, able to use own initiative and also work in a team
– Excellent organisational and negotiation skills
– Full, clean UK driving license
