Jean Rollier, which up until now, was a member of the group’s board, has been nominated as President and CEO of Iléos, an international group producing and creating packaging solutions in plastic, metal and cardboard for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical markets.

Jean Rollier has worked closely with Pierre Hemar since the acquisition of the group by Oaktree late 2011. Furthermore, Pierre Hemar is nominated as board member and chairman. In that capacity, he will continue to bring his experience and his support to the group he led during more than two years.

Headquartered in Paris, Iléos has sales offices and factories in Europe (France, Spain, Poland) in China, the U.S. and Brazil. The group, which achieved a turnover of nearly 400 million euros in 2013, is composed of three divisions:

 Axilone, one of the world leaders in lipsticks, also produces plastic components and metal closure solutions, jars, collars...
 Bioplan specializes in sampling and unit doses for the beautycare, fragrance and make-up markets. Mini sprays, sachets, stickpacks, thermoforms...
 Ileos Graphic, which includes Alliora and Packetis, specializes in cardboard packaging. Alliora designs and manufactures cases and boxes for the fragrance, cosmetics and wine & spirits markets. Packetis provides cardboard cases, leaflets and adhesive labels, mainly for the pharmaceutical and health care market.
