Taiki Group is reorganizing its global operations, with plans to consolidate its business activities across Europe and the Americas under a single structure.
As part of this reorganization, Taiki USA will cease operations, while Taiki Cosmetics Europe will become the group’s central hub for Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East, representing approximately 20% of the group’s global revenue.
According to Taiki, this new organization is designed to provide international brands with a more integrated and efficient platform, particularly for multi-region projects.
“As we approach Taiki Group’s 100th anniversary, this evolution marks an important step in preparing the next chapter of our Group’s international development,” said Ms. Tomoyo Nakamura, President of Taiki Group. “It strengthens coordination between Asia and Western markets and reinforces our ability to support global beauty brands with a more integrated and scalable organization.”
Taiki Group serves leading beauty brands across skincare and makeup categories, with a portfolio spanning beauty application tools, cosmetic sponges, masks and innovative application formats. Taiki combines product development, industrialization and manufacturing expertise.
Based in France, Taiki Cosmetics Europe already plays a central role in coordinating complex international developments in close collaboration with the group’s global engineering and manufacturing network.
“Taiki Cosmetics Europe is ready to operate as a true coordination hub for Western markets, connecting brands with the Group’s industrial and development capabilities across regions,” said Gregory Sawka, Executive Director of Taiki Cosmetics Europe.
“For beauty brands, this means simpler coordination, greater consistency, and one trusted partner for Western markets,” added Alix Bellanné, Marketing & Communication Director at Taiki Cosmetics Europe.
“Taiki USA and Taiki Cosmetics Europe shared many customers, and we often presented the same products to both European and American brands,” she told Premium Beauty News.
With the integration of the group’s commercial activities in the United States, Canada, and Latin America, Taiki Cosmetics Europe will see its revenue double. This major project is being led by Lucie Herlin, Taiki Cosmetics Europe’s Sales Director.
“The United States remains a strategic market for Taiki Group. This new organization will allow us to better support global brands, while maintaining a strong presence in this market,” emphasized Alix Bellanné.
