Interparfums Inc. and Marquee Brands have extended their exclusive worldwide license agreement for Roberto Cavalli and Just Cavalli fragrances for an additional 20 years, through December 31, 2046.

The agreement covers the continued creation, development and global distribution of the two fragrance lines. The licenses will continue to be operated by Interparfums Italia, the group’s wholly owned Italian subsidiary, based in Florence with management in Paris.

Interparfums has managed the Roberto Cavalli fragrance license since 2023. During this period, the group has expanded the portfolio with new extensions and collections across its Uomo, Just Cavalli and Marbleous lines. In 2025, it launched Serpentine, described by Interparfums as its first “blockbuster” for the brand.

According to Interparfums Inc. CEO Jean Madar, Roberto Cavalli has become one of the fastest-growing brands in the company’s portfolio, with increased distribution and consumer visibility in key international markets.

Marquee Brands CEO Heath Golden said the long-term extension reflects the strategic role of fragrance in the global development of Roberto Cavalli.

Interparfums has proven itself an exceptional steward of Roberto Cavalli fragrances, translating the house’s design language into products that resonate with consumers worldwide," concluded Golden.
