This is a fabulous opportunity to drive the international expansion of an eco-conscious, natural skincare brand. We already have impressive global distribution, as the International Sales Manager you will be responsible for continuing this development and executing the business growth strategy within specific markets.
Using your wealth of export sales experience and commercial acumen, you will identify key target markets and devise strategies that will establish the business and produce a strong ROI. Excellent interpersonal, communication and language skills will allow you to build relationships with new and existing distributors, present confidently to wholesalers, and retailers.
We are looking for a collaborative and versatile candidate that thrives in a varied and dynamic role. As the main point of contact for retailers you will need to confidently present to buyers both virtually and face-to-face. Using your strong project management skills you will need to deliver trade marketing activations, seasonal events and NPD launches.
You must have proven success in opening, developing, and managing international sales in the health & beauty or skincare industry. Previous experience working with distributors as well as direct to omnichannel retail, pharmacy and grocers is essential.
You will also have had experience of running trade marketing campaigns and promotions, as well as direct to consumer, online and social media campaigns.
Additional language skills, especially French, would be very beneficial for this role.
