Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow the brand’s organic social channels with standout content and clear commercial focus
- Elevate founder led storytelling and position social as a primary driver of influence and revenue
- Lead all influencer and creator programmes, from discovery to long term partnerships
- Drive paid social strategy, budgets and performance, optimising for scalable, profitable growth
- Oversee campaign planning, creative testing and audience strategy
- Provide strategic direction for PR and global events to promote brand visibility and cultural relevance
- Partner cross functionally to align content, creators and performance activity with business goals
- Manage agencies and internal teams to deliver consistent, high quality output
