Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver sales strategy to grow market share and profitability
• Manage relationships with leading UK supermarkets and key accounts
• Negotiate listings, pricing and promotional plans
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the highly focused team for seamless execution
• Drive new product development and range optimisation
• Represent the business in retailer meetings and trade events
Candidate Requirements:
• Extensive experience managing major UK retailers, and grocers
• Experience with Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda or Morrison essential
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Flexible, adaptable and hands-on
