Join a dynamic team as Global Distributor Manager, where you’ll take charge of developing and managing a worldwide distributor network, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering exceptional results.
This is a home-based role, with regular visits to the company’s offices in either Peterborough or Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and manage the global distributor network
- Identify and appoint new distributors in key target markets
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with distributors, offering commercial and technical support
- Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and take corrective action when needed
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
- Support distributors with training, promotional materials, and marketing initiatives
- Represent the company at international trade shows and customer meetings
- Prepare regular reports on distributor performance, opportunities, and challenges
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong experience in managing international distributor networks
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to analyse market trends
