The Geneva-headquartered global leader in the creation of flavours and fragrances has announced that it has acquired UK’s company Fragrance Oils. This operation follows the acquisition of Expression Parfumées in 2018 and by Albert Veille at the beginning of the year and Germany’s fragrance house Drom this summer. In the cosmetics ingredients sector, the Swiss group recently swallowed Naturex in France and AMSilk in Germany.
