Last week we officially opened GEKA’s second unit in Brazil. After 10 years of operation in the country, we are preparing for the growth of the market and our customers, bringing more innovation, quality and service,” said André Araujo, Managing Director GEKA Brazil.

The new building will increase capacity by 25% with the addition of an upperpart assembly line, an injection molding (IM) machine, and an injection blow molding (IBM) machine. Additionally, there is space available to accommodate extra machines and future projects in the coming years.

Current warehouse capacity has been expanded, as well as new offices have been set up for service, administration and technicians. A showroom area has been made available to welcome customers to explore GEKA products, discover innovations, and get inspired for new projects.

The new factory is located just across the same street of the existing one, which will continue to operate normally. The proximity of the two buildings was strategically defined for a fully integrated operation, giving to customers additional flexibility and increased supply security.

Thanks to these investments, delivery times can also be improved, the company can respond better and faster to the growing market, and a broader portfolio of beauty packaging solutions can be offered to customers locally manufactured.

The move into the new building started in September 2024, with production starting in March 2025.
