The Switzerland-based dermatology company has officially inaugurated its U.S. and Latin America headquarters in Miami. By bringing together key members of its leadership team in the new hub, Galderma aims to accelerate decision-making, strengthen collaboration, and support continued growth across both regions.
The United States is Galderma’s largest market, reflecting strong demand across its Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare, and Therapeutic Dermatology categories. In the first half of 2026, Galderma recorded 3.134 billion USD in net sales, growing 24.6% year-on-year at constant currency. In 2025, Galderma reported record global net sales of 5.207 USD billion for the full year.
Located in Miami’s Brickell district, the headquarters will serve as the main hub for U.S. commercial teams across Dermatological Skincare. The facility will also welcome healthcare professionals, featuring a dedicated injection room designed for hands-on training, educational programs, and the creation of clinical education materials.
The space also includes an installation inspired by the Alastin Signature Practice experience, allowing visiting professionals to see how regenerative peri-procedural skincare can be integrated into everyday patient care. This commitment to professional education builds on Galderma’s extensive training efforts: in 2026 alone, the company has hosted more than 1,000 Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN) events across the U.S., reaching around 5,000 participants.
Galderma chose Miami for its position as a leading market for dermatological skincare, aesthetics, and consumer health, closely aligning with the company’s U.S. growth ambitions. The city’s strong pool of business and scientific talent has supported key hires across consumer skincare, aesthetics, and digitally native commercial functions. Its extensive connectivity with both the U.S. and Latin America also makes Miami an ideal base for supporting Galderma’s expanding operations and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals, partners, and customers throughout the two regions.
Galderma’s new Miami headquarters is one component of the company’s broader U.S. growth strategy. It complements the company’s previously announced commitment to invest more than 650 million USD in U.S. manufacturing through 2030, alongside continued investments across research, education and training, operations, and commercial activities.
