Dallas-headquartered beauty packaging supplier FusionPKG has acquired Architectural Beauty (AB), a cosmetic formulation, marketing and turnkey provider based in Paramus, New Jersey.
Through this acquisition, FusionPKG’s intends to strengthen their turnkey beauty division, FusionPKG BeautyLab, by bolstering their portfolio of formulas and expanding their capabilities to include marketing and design services. According to FusionPKG, the synergies between their established packaging expertise and AB’s expertise in developing cutting-edge formulations will allow to deliver fully integrated skincare and colour cosmetics products.

Architectural Beauty was founded in 2010 by chemist Russ Grandis and marketing strategist Geri Sanowski who will remain in place and continue to operate in their current capacity.
