Driving new product development from concept to delivery, you will take charge of the entire NPD process. You will maintain high efficacy and safety standards, obtaining product approvals within set timelines and budgets.
Combining creativity with an eye for detail, you will maintain NPD processes and methodologies while strengthening the product portfolio and fostering innovation. You will work closely with key suppliers to discover cutting-edge ingredients and technologies, staying ahead of hair science and product trends.
