The Spanish fragrance house has tapped Felipe Araya as General Manager for Europe, Africa and Turkey (EAT). The creation of this new role follows the appointment of Joan Pere Jiménez as Chief Executive Officer. Araya was Eurofragance’s previous Sales Director for the region.

Araya has over 20 years of international experience in management, sales and marketing in the fine fragrance and luxury beauty industry. Since joining Eurofragance in March 2025, he has played a key role in boosting business growth, expanding commercial activity and strengthening relationships with regional clients.

His career spans senior leadership roles within the beauty and fragrance industry, including key management positions at Perris Group and Angelini Beauty. In these roles, he established a strong track record of shaping effective commercial strategies and championing customer-centric innovation. Before joining Eurofragance, he served as Head of Global Sales & Marketing and Deputy CEO at Unicskin and Luxmetique. Araya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona, he also completed the PDG Executive Program at IESE Business School and the DIBEX Executive Program at ISDI Business School.

Through the newly created General Manager EAT role, Eurofragance aims to consolidate its regional leadership and reinforce customer proximity.
