Farevacolor, Fareva’s industrial arm dedicated to makeup, is strengthening its teams with two new recruitments:

 Jean-Michel Le Pape takes over the management of Farevacolor’s R&D laboratory. Mr. Le Pape has a solid background in the cosmetics industry within the LVMH and Coty groups where he used to manage the R&D, and the quality and production operations.

 Anna Arfi is joining Farevacolor as packaging purchasing manager. She previously held executive positions at L’Oréal, where she was in charge of the factories quality, as well as project management and development. Anna Arfi previously held the position of Makeup Development Manager Europe for Maybelline, where she has gained a strong expertise in the development of make-up ranges, especially on the packaging aspect.

French-based Fareva group is specializing in the formulation, production and packaging of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and household goods for third parties. The group runs 27 production sites worldwide, including France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, Italy and soon in Brazil.
