The Spanish specialist of high-end plastic jars for cosmetic products is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a series of innovations and sustainability commitments. Created in 1970 by Aniceto Canamasas, the company produced its 3000th mould this year.

New technologies

This year also illustrated the company’s ability to adapt its offer to the changing demand. For instance, Faca Packaging launched new versions of one of their best-selling models, the T-22 jar, which can now include a refillable goblet, and can be manufactured with recyclable and recycled materials.

In addition, the company also launched a new airless jar to preserve natural creams.

Sustainability

As far as the sustainability of the manufacturing process is concerned, Faca Packaging has invested in more sustainable state-of-the-art machinery with lower consumption levels, both in the injection process, as well as in the assembly with ultra-high-speed artificial vision cameras for quality control.

Eventually, since 2019, Faca Packaging uses 100% renewable energy in their factories and offices.
